At BodyBeds, we want you to love your sleep system. If it's not the right fit, we've made the return process straightforward.
100-Night Trial
You have 100 nights from the date of delivery to decide if BodyBeds is right for you. If it's not, contact us and we'll arrange the return.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at bodybed360@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days to schedule pickup or coordinate return logistics.
Refund Amount
Approved refunds are issued at 99% of your original purchase price. A 1% restocking fee is deducted from your refund to cover non-recoverable processing costs. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.
Condition Requirements
We understand this is a sleep product and normal use wear is expected. Returns will only be denied if the mattress has been intentionally damaged, exposed to hazardous materials, or is in a condition that poses a health or safety risk. Normal use — including typical sleep wear — is not grounds for denial.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your mattress arrives damaged or develops a functional defect, contact us immediately at bodybed360@gmail.com. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, and you will not be charged a restocking fee.
10-Year Warranty
Your BodyBed is covered by a 10-year warranty from the date of original purchase for the original buyer. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and are void upon resale.
