Shipping Policy

Pre-Orders:
- Mattresses can be pre-ordered. You'll get an email with the estimated delivery date.
- We'll keep you updated on any changes.

Delivery Area:
- We deliver within a 30 minute radius of Smyrna, Tennessee, including Nashville.

Delivery Timeframe:
- We'll contact you to schedule delivery once your order is ready, usually within 3-5 business days.
- You'll get a delivery window to ensure you're available.

Delivery Charges:
- Delivery is free
- Extra charges may apply for locations slightly outside our delivery area.

Delivery Process:
- We'll set up the mattress in the room of your choice.
- For $50, we can remove your old mattress. Let us know in advance if you need this service.

Rescheduling:
- Contact us at bodybed360@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
- A re-delivery fee may apply if you're not available during the scheduled time.
